Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. For urgent matters, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Service-Specific Questions

Digital Printing: Best for smaller quantities, fast turnaround, and jobs requiring customization. Lower setup costs but higher per-piece cost.

Offset Printing: More economical for large quantities, superior color consistency, professional quality. Higher setup costs but lower per-piece cost.

We accept all standard formats including PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and native files (PSD, AI, CDR, INDD). For best results, we recommend submitting high-resolution PDFs at 300 DPI with CMYK color space. We can also help convert files if needed.

We offer a wide variety of paper stocks including standard, premium, glossy, matte, cardstock, and specialty papers. We can help you choose the best option based on your project needs and budget. Different paper types are available for different printing methods.

Yes! We have color matching capabilities and can provide Pantone matching for consistent color reproduction. We also offer color proofing before final production to ensure your colors are exactly as you want them.

We offer numerous finishing options including binding (perfect, saddle stitch, spiral, comb), lamination, die cutting, embossing, foil stamping, hole punching, and more. These can enhance the appearance and durability of your printed materials.

Yes! We offer delivery services in the Addis Ababa area. Delivery is free for orders over a certain value or available for a small fee for smaller orders. We can also arrange pickup at our facility.

Payment & Policies

We accept multiple payment methods including cash, bank transfer, mobile money, and credit/debit cards. Specific payment terms and deposit requirements can be discussed on a per-order basis. Contact us to arrange a payment plan if needed.

For most orders, we require a 50% deposit to get started on your project. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. For established customers or large ongoing contracts, we can arrange alternative terms.
